Unit Index
1. Units
Each unit has a very specific set of characteristics that are used to describe it`s performance during battle.
These characteristics are the following:
Cargo: It shows how much this unit can carry. If it is prime materials (e.g. Food, Energy etc) then you
multiply this number by 10 to find the exact number of resources it can carry. If it is other
units or items then you compare this number to the size of the relevant unit to see how many
can be carried. For example a `Stormcrow` can carry 100 Resources or 1 Light Infantry Unit (it has size:10)
Size: It shows how big a unit is and thus it affects the propability of being hit in battle (the bigger the unit the
more damage it gets), and how much space it occupies while being transported inside an armada.
Planet Attack: The first number indicates the amount of damage this unit inflicts on planetary attacks,
the second number indicates the amount of damage it can sustain before being destroyed from a planetary attack,
while the last number shows the planetary movement points. Higher numbers mean the unit is faster on the ground and its initiative is better
so it plays earlier in planetary battles. If a unit has a planetary move of 0 then it is an space unit. Note that during each combat round
a unit inflicts 1/10 of its damage.
Planet Buffs: The first number indicates the amount of damage bonus buff this unit provides to all ground units
per unit alive at the beginning of each battle round. The second number indicates the amount of defense bonus this unit
provides to all ground units per unit alive at the beginning of each battle round. E.g. if the value is 0.5% and you
have 10 of these units alive at the start of the battle round then all your ground forces gain a 5% attack bonus.
Space Attack: The first number indicates the amount of damage this unit inflicts on space attacks,
the second number indicates the amount of damage it can sustain before being destroyed from a space attack,
while the last number shows the space movement points. Higher numbers mean the unit is faster in space and its initiative is better
so it plays earlier in space battles. If a unit has a space move of 0 then it is a planetary unit. Note that during each combat round
a unit inflicts 1/10 of its damage.
Space Buffs: The first number indicates the amount of damage bonus buff this unit provides to all space units
per unit alive at the beginning of each battle round. The second number indicates the amount of defense bonus this unit
provides to all space units per unit alive at the beginning of each battle round. E.g. if the value is 0.5% and you
have 10 of these units alive at the start of the battle round then all your space forces gain a 5% attack bonus.
Defender: If a unit has this characteristic then it will always form the first line of defense. This effectively
means that such units will be hit first by enemy fire. Defender units have, naturally, high defense!
Star Traveler: This unit is very resilient to harsh environments and alien attacks. Such units are extremely efficient
when used in the Centauri star system.
Initiative: The initiative of any unit is calculated by adding its planetary and star move.
XP: The eXPerience points you gain by defeating such a unit in battle (whether attacking or defending).
Light Infantry
Your cannon fodder: They are cheap, come in great quantities and produced very fast! Wherever you need fast reinforcements these guys are your choice. Never underestimate their power, even more their numbers... Req. Technology: Human Cloning Constructed at: Barracks (Lvl 1) |

Star Destroyer
This heavy and costly starship stays safely in orbit while raining death on the enemies on the surface! Important: In order for Star Destroyers to hit the enemy lines, they need a targeting uplink with tank units on the surface. You need an amount of tanks that have a combined defense of at least half the planetary attack of a Star Destroyer (e.g. 1 Star Destroyer needs at least 6 Devastators of 18 defense each, because 18x6=108 is greater than 210/2=105).
